   2. May 2025: Co-hosted the "Asia Tech Forum" with Nomura Securities, offering shared insight on trading, financial products, ESG and IR Engagement through multiple channels.
   3. June 2025: Participated in the Citigroup Forum, discussing areas related to the policies on the advance collection of securities and funds, as well as securities lending regulations.
   4. December 2025：Participated in the Clearstream Roadshow Forum, delivering a keynote speech titled “Building Taiwan as Asia Asset Management Center” and serving as a panelist in the “Wealth Management” session, sharing insights on trends in the Taiwan capital market development.
   5. December 2025：Participated as speakers and panelists at the “2025 KPMG Leadership Academy Forum” and shared perspectives on AAMC and the Taiwan capital market development.
   6. April 2026:The MSCI visited to exchange views on global and regional capital market developments, sustainable finance, and climate-related trends.
   7.    10. May 2026:Executives from TWSE's Product & Solution Department and Trading Department participated as speakers in a webinar hosted by Citibank (Taiwan) Limited, focusing on Taiwan ETF developments and market updates for FINIs.

Hong Kong

   1. March 2026:Participated in the 40th General Assembly of the AOSEF, hosted by HKEX, in Hong Kong. Exchanged views with member exchanges on market developments and established communication channels. During the Working Committee meeting, the Taiwan Carbon Solution Exchange (TCX) served as a panel lead speaker to share Taiwan’s efforts in building a regional carbon market ecosystem, including the legal framework and development of carbon pricing, the current status of the carbon trading platform, and future strategic directions.

2. Engage with foreign companies to enhance their business presence in Taiwan by expanding their business or establishing regional offices.

   1. March 2025: Participated in the HSBC "Global Investment Summit" in Hong Kong, sharing foreign-friendly policies and ETFs with institutional investors.

Taiwan Index Plus Corporation(TIP)

Provide international financial institutions with Taiwan stock indices as investment benchmarks to attract capital investment into Taiwan.
Case Study: In October 2024, Taiwan Index Plus Corporation completed the licensing of the ""Taiwan 50 Cap 30% Index"" to an overseas asset management company for the issuance of an ETF listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx).

Southeast Asia

Taiwan Stock Exchange （TWSE）

1. Facilitate dialogue among global exchanges.

   1. February 2025: Engaged with Bursa Malaysia on cross-border ETF listing matters.
   2. March 2025: Exchanged insights with the Stock Exchange of Thailand on AI supervision and ESG topics.
   3. April and May 2025: Joined in discussion with the Hanoi Stock Exchange on experience sharing regarding operational and practical frameworks on information disclosure platforms.
   4. October 2025 : Met with Indonesia Stock Exchange to discuss listing rules, surveillance, ESG, and ETF development.
   5. December 2025：SET, accompanied by representatives from its listed companies, visited to exchange views on recent developments in both capital markets and the progress of the Taiwan Innovative Board.
   6. December 2025：Representatives from the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Philippine Depository & Trust Corp. (PDTC), and the Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines (SCCP) visited to exchange views on XBRL, securities borrowing and lending (SBL), stock and ETF market making, warrants, and practical applications of AI.

   1. June 2025: Co-hosted the “Taiwan-Thailand Capital Market and ETF Development Seminar” in Bangkok with the Investment Trust and Consulting Association (Taiwan), presenting highlights of the Taiwan capital market and an ETF overview. Met with securities-related institutions to share views on regulatory frameworks and potential cross-border cooperation.
   2. November 2025 : Maybank Securities from Singapore visited to discuss capital market developments and explore potential collaboration opportunities.

Taiwan Index Plus Corporation(TIP)

Encouraging institutions to utilize Taiwan stock indices or link to Taiwan stock ETFs for the issuance of financial products in international markets, thus expanding the asset base of ETFs in Taiwan.
Assist domestic securities firms or investment trust companies in leveraging their group resources to issue Depository Receipts (DRs) or funds linked to Taiwan stock ETFs in the Thai market. This includes Yuanta DR (TAIWAN19), KGI DR (TAIWANHD13), KGI DR (TAIWANAI13), and Cathay Fund (LHTWGHD), among others.

South Asia

Taiwan Stock Exchange （TWSE）

1. Engage with foreign companies to enhance their business presence in Taiwan by expanding their business or establishing regional offices.

   1. July 2025: Met with the International Financial Services Authority of India to share ideas and experiences on the development of the GIFT City financial hub.
   2. October 2025 : Met with IFSCA, NSEIX, and India INX to discuss ETF collaboration frameworks and plans for signing an MOU.
   3. December 2025：Discussions were held with India INX on MoU follow-up arrangements and participation in the 2026 GIFT City "Global Securities Markets Conclave"
   4. February 2026: A delegation to GIFT City, India, to participate in the Global Securities Markets Conclave (GSMC) hosted by the IFSCA. They were also invited to attend a roundtable discussion hosted by Bloomberg, where they shared Taiwan's experience in ETF market development and their observations on global capital flows amid the AI-driven transformation. During the visit, TWSE separately signed MoUs with India International Exchange Limited, a subsidiary of the Bombay Stock Exchange, and NSE International Exchange, a subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India , establishing long-term platforms for bilateral exchange and cooperation between the Taiwan and Indian capital markets.

Europe

   1. March 2025: Engaged in experience sharing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange on AI applications in producing analytical reports.

2. Engage with foreign companies to enhance their business presence in Taiwan by expanding their business or establishing regional offices.

   1. November 2025：DWS Asset Management visited to explore Taiwan capital market developments, discuss topics of interest for international investors, and to assess the feasibility of issuing ETFs in Taiwan.
   2. February, April, and June 2026: Jointly organized a series of webinars with Z/Yen Group, a London-based think tank, exchanging views with European investors on Taiwan’s Asia Asset Management Center (AAMC) initiative, the development of the Taiwan Innovation Board, and ESG-related topics.

Middle East

Taiwan Stock Exchange （TWSE）

1. Facilitate dialogue among global exchanges.

   1. May 2025: Attended the Capital Market Summit 2025 in Dubai, engaged in dialogue on cross-border connectivity and product collaboration. Signed an MOU with the Dubai Stock Exchange and visited the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange to explore the prospects of cross-border product possibilities.
   2. May 2025: Participated in the IOSCO Annual Meeting in Qatar to address matters covering AI, sustainability disclosure and crypto assets. Further discussion occurred with the membership regarding sovereign wealth funds and showcasing the Taiwan capital market advantages.

2. Engage with foreign companies to enhance their business presence in Taiwan by expanding their business or establishing regional offices.

   1. May 2025: Visited key institutional investors and asset management firms in the Middle East to promote the Taiwan capital market and explore cooperation opportunities.
   2. May 2025: Met with insititutional investors in Qatar to introduce the strong upsides of the Taiwan capital market as well as ETF product development.

Northeast Asia

Taiwan Stock Exchange （TWSE）

1. Facilitate dialogue among global exchanges.

   1. May 2025: Participated in the KRX Value-up Program Seminar in South Korea, sharing strategies for enhancing market capitalization in Taiwan capital market.
   2. December 2025：Visited Japan to meet with JPX and asset management firms to exchange insights on product features, investor profiles, prevailing product trends, and potential areas for future collaboration. In addition, discussions were held with securities firms on capital market developments and investor education.

2. Engage with foreign companies to enhance their business presence in Taiwan by expanding their business or establishing regional offices.

   1. April 2025: Went to Japan to visit asset management companies, REITs, and securities firms to promote EFT and REIT product collaboration.
   2. May 2025: Co-hosted the "Asia Tech Forum" with Nomura Securities, offering shared insight on trading, financial products, ESG and IR Engagement through multiple channels.
   3. September 2025: Joined the listing ceremony of the Cathay Taiwan Technology Leader ETF by Daiwa Asset Management at the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The following week, attended the listing ceremony of Nomura Asset Management’s cross-border ETFs at the Tokyo Stock Exchange, which coincided with their listing on TWSE, marking the first-ever two-way ETF cross-listing between Taiwan and Japan.
   4. January 2026:Nomura Asset Management of Japan visited TWSE to exchange views on Taiwan–Japan cross-listed ETFs, enhancing Taiwan–Japan capital market connectivity through the cross-listing framework, and investor education.
   5. January 2026:Rakuten Securities of Japan visited to exchange views on an overview of Taiwan’s capital market and its latest developments, TWSE’s recent initiatives and future development directions, as well as cyber securities firms, sub-brokerage services, and Taiwan–Japan ETFs.
   6. February 2026:DWS Asset Management, together with Nissay Asset Management, visited to exchange views on Taiwan’s capital market, ETF development, key policy priorities of the AAMC, and recommendations for overseas asset management firms seeking to develop their businesses in Taiwan.
   7. February 2026:Daiwa Asset Management, Daiwa Securities, and Cathay Securities Investment Trust visited to exchange views on cross-border product cooperation and related matters.
   8. April 2026:DWS, together with AllUnity, visited to exchange views on virtual assets and related market developments.

Taiwan Index Plus Corporation(TIP)

We encourage institutions to utilize Taiwan equity indices or link to Taiwan equity ETFs to issue financial products in offshore markets. For example, we assist domestic securities firms or investment trust companies in leveraging their group resources to issue Depository Receipts (DRs) or funds linked to Taiwan stock ETFs in the Thai market.
Through collaboration with Japanese asset management companies, facilitate the promotion of Taiwan stock ETFs linked to TIP indices to the Japanese market via cross-border ETF initiatives.

Americas

Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE)

1. Facilitate dialogue among global exchanges.

   1. March 2026:A delegation to New York for meetings with exchanges, global asset managers, institutional investors and index providers as part of efforts to strengthen Taiwan’s position as an Asian Asset Management Center and deepen engagement with international financial markets.
   2. April and May 2026:The Asunción Stock Exchange of Paraguay engaged through a virtual meeting and an in-person visit to exchange views on Taiwan’s capital market and future cooperation opportunities.

Taiwan Index Plus Corporation(TIP)

1. Partner with international index providers to create indices, thereby diversifying product issuance options.

   1. In October 2024, Taiwan Index Plus (TIP) and S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI) collaborated to compile the 'S&P TIP Taiwan Carbon Reduced ESG 50 Index', offering investors a convenient new tool to participate in the trend of Taiwan equity net-zero transition investing.
      Actual Case: Taiwan Index Plus (TIP) licensed the 'S&P TIP Taiwan Carbon Reduced ESG 50 Index' to Fubon Securities Investment Trust (Fubon SITC), which subsequently launched the Fubon Net Zero ESG 50 ETF (Ticker: 009809) in October 2025.
   2. In February 2025, Taiwan Index Plus (TIP) and Bloomberg Index Services Limited (BISL) jointly compiled their first equity-bond balanced index—"Bloomberg TIP Taiwan and US Momentum Balanced Multi-Asset Index".
      Actual Case: In December 2025, Taiwan Index Plus Corp. completed the licensing of the "Bloomberg TIP Taiwan and US Momentum Balanced Multi-Asset Index" to Mega International Investment Trust Co.,Ltd. for listing the "Mega Taiwan-U.S. Momentum Balanced ETF" (code:00982T)
   3. Taiwan Index Plus Corp. and ICE Data Indices, the index company under Intercontinental Exchange Group (ICE), announced two major collaborative goals: co-developing multi-asset indices and co-branded indices. They jointly released the first co-developed index, the "ICE TIP Dual-Core Balanced Multi-Asset Index".
      Actual Case: In September 2025, Taiwan Index Plus Corp. completed the licensing of the "ICE TIP Dual-Core Balanced Multi-Asset Index"" to KGI Securities Investment Trust for listing the "KGI Dual-Core Income Balanced ETF "(code:00981T)
