Taiwan Index Plus Corporation(TIP)
Encouraging institutions to utilize Taiwan stock indices or link to Taiwan stock ETFs for the issuance of financial products in international markets, thus expanding the asset base of ETFs in Taiwan.
Assist domestic securities firms or investment trust companies in leveraging their group resources to issue Depository Receipts (DRs) or funds linked to Taiwan stock ETFs in the Thai market. This includes Yuanta DR (TAIWAN19), KGI DR (TAIWANHD13), KGI DR (TAIWANAI13), and Cathay Fund (LHTWGHD), among others.

- December 2025:Discussions were held with India INX on MoU follow-up arrangements and participation in the 2026 GIFT City "Global Securities Markets Conclave"
- February 2026: A delegation to GIFT City, India, to participate in the Global Securities Markets Conclave (GSMC) hosted by the IFSCA. They were also invited to attend a roundtable discussion hosted by Bloomberg, where they shared Taiwan's experience in ETF market development and their observations on global capital flows amid the AI-driven transformation. During the visit, TWSE separately signed MoUs with India International Exchange Limited, a subsidiary of the Bombay Stock Exchange, and NSE International Exchange, a subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India , establishing long-term platforms for bilateral exchange and cooperation between the Taiwan and Indian capital markets.

- January 2026:Nomura Asset Management of Japan visited TWSE to exchange views on Taiwan–Japan cross-listed ETFs, enhancing Taiwan–Japan capital market connectivity through the cross-listing framework, and investor education.

For example, we assist domestic securities firms or investment trust companies in leveraging their group resources to issue Depository Receipts (DRs) or funds linked to Taiwan stock ETFs in the Thai market.
Through collaboration with Japanese asset management companies, facilitate the promotion of Taiwan stock ETFs linked to TIP indices to the Japanese market via cross-border ETF initiatives.

Actual Case: Taiwan Index Plus (TIP) licensed the 'S&P TIP Taiwan Carbon Reduced ESG 50 Index' to Fubon Securities Investment Trust (Fubon SITC), which subsequently launched the Fubon Net Zero ESG 50 ETF (Ticker: 009809) in October 2025. - In February 2025, Taiwan Index Plus (TIP) and Bloomberg Index Services Limited (BISL) jointly compiled their first equity-bond balanced index—"Bloomberg TIP Taiwan and US Momentum Balanced Multi-Asset Index".
Actual Case: In December 2025, Taiwan Index Plus Corp. completed the licensing of the "Bloomberg TIP Taiwan and US Momentum Balanced Multi-Asset Index" to Mega International Investment Trust Co.,Ltd. for listing the "Mega Taiwan-U.S. Momentum Balanced ETF" (code:00982T) - Taiwan Index Plus Corp. and ICE Data Indices, the index company under Intercontinental Exchange Group (ICE), announced two major collaborative goals: co-developing multi-asset indices and co-branded indices. They jointly released the first co-developed index, the "ICE TIP Dual-Core Balanced Multi-Asset Index".
Actual Case: In September 2025, Taiwan Index Plus Corp. completed the licensing of the "ICE TIP Dual-Core Balanced Multi-Asset Index"" to KGI Securities Investment Trust for listing the "KGI Dual-Core Income Balanced ETF "(code:00981T)
