To bolster Taiwan's capital market, the Taiwan Stock Exchang(TWSE) has partnered with the Taipei Exchange(TPEx) to form the ""Capital Market Service Group"" By leveraging the semiconductor and AI industries, this initiative aims to strengthen clusters of emerging industries and create a premier platform for innovative enterprises. It focuses on two key strategies: ""Assisting TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies with International Development"" and ""Launching Diversidied Products."" The objective is to cultivate a more friendly, open, and competitive capital market, thereby attracting investments and enhancing its overall value.

  1. Revising the 'Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies' and adding a 'Reference Guide for Corporate Value Enhancement Plans' to guide listed companies in strengthening their ability to create long-term value.
  2. In October 2024, a new "Enhancement of Corporate Value Plan" section will be added to the "Investor Section" on the Market Observation Post System((MOPS), along with strengthened promotion efforts.
