To cultivate international talent in advanced asset management for Taiwan, thereby enhancing Taiwan competitive advantage in the global market, the FSC has partnered with professional training institutions. Through the integration of domestic and international faculty, they offer courses designed to train individuals with key functions and core capabilities in wealth management and international asset management.

- Plan three key functions and core capabilities courses: Private Banking (Wealth Management), AI, and International Financial Trends.
- Inviting domestic and international industry professionals to teach related theories and practical operations, and award certificates upon completion.
Implementation Measures
- College of Global Banking and Finance, NCCU and School of Banking and Finance, NSYSU have incorporated three key functions and core capabilities courses into their master's degree programs and have established over three related courses, and also plan to establish credit courses for the three key functions and core capabilities courses.
- Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance (TABF) focuses on key talents impacting asset management businesses, including wealth management, product design and development, risk management, compliance, and legal affairs. Based on varying years of experience and business nature, a comprehensive "Asian Asset Management Center Training Program" has been developed, covering entry, intermediate, and advanced levels.
